I think just looking around on the Neighborhood page here will give you some ideas. There are high rises condos in a few places around town, but the downtown area has been having a growth of residents in these condos. You will also find these condos in the River Oaks area, and in the Memorial area. You may be able to find a better deal in the downtown area at this time.

I'm not sure what you mean by options. But if you mean locations here's your answer. Most high rise condos in Houston area are located in the Galleria area. Then the Uptown area, Montrose area and downtown area. The two most notable in the downtown area at this time would be The Four Seasons Residence Condos and Commerce Towers. The Royalton is midway between the Galleria and downtown and offers many amenities. There are many lofts situated in downtown as well. In the Galleria area the newest condos include The Cosmopolitan and the Titan both being built by Randall Davis. The Turnberry will be right next to the Waterwall by the Galleria mall and prices will start at $500 per square foot. The Turnberry is expected to be complete by December 2009.

If you want more information on any high rise in Houston I can help because my specialty is high rise condos.
