You should contact a good Real Estate agent located in the Clear Lake area. To find one go to HAR.com and search by area. They can put you in touch with a good commercial agent in Clear Lake.

A good commercial real estate agent can give you that information. I wouldn't go it alone, as you can never know if you've paid the market value. Your real estate agent can show you comps (comparable sales in the same area/niche) and will negotiate for your best deal.
