I wish that I had a definitive answer for you, but with various national trends effecting our market, and not knowing what surprises are in store for us, I cannot write the perfect answer. That being said, home prices continue to trend upward for this area. I have seen a few homes in that price range, which have been reduced for a quick sale, but they are not lowered too much. The homes that are reduced in price are done because the owners have a personal reason, not due to the market.
