How to I aire grievances against a realtor?I had a horrible experience with a realtor in in the Bellaire area and would like to know what recourse I can take against him. Is it legal to drop him and get a new one even though we have already listed the house? Read the Answers | Post Your Own Answer

If you can, it would be best to try to work out your differences with your realtor. If you can't work out your differences, you can ask the realtor to terminate your listing agreement early and terminate your listing. Many realtors will let you out of a contract just as 'good will', but may ask for a fee for the time/money they have already spent in advertising, etc your listing.
