If you have the money, go for River Oaks without a doubt. River Oaks Real estate is ridiculously expensive, but if you have the cash it won't do anything but appreciate.

Shadow Creek Ranch, Silvercreek, Silverlake, Sunrise Lakes, Avalon terrace. It depends on what price range you are looking in.
