Hi - this is an easy Question! Montrose is the best neighborhood for gays and lesbians. Not only does it have the highest alternative lifestyle population, it also has the best bars, art galleries, eclectic shops in the entire city. Don't miss the annual Houston Gay Pride March either. It is the biggest Gay Pride Rally in America!!

While i would agree that Montrose is a good area for alternative lifestyles, there are other areas to look as well. If I were you, I would definitely take close look at Houston Heights Real Estate as it very gay friendly.
