What is the best neighborhood for condos and townhomes? Looking to make a profit.

New-build town homes and condos can be found around Lamar Terrace and in the neighborhoods of Neartown and Montrose. New luxury condos can also be found close to Downtown and Memorial Park. That said; if you are interested in turning a profit in just a few years, I would strongly suggest that you stick within the best school district in Houston which is Spring Branch ISD.
